Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all tags intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Customized or altered items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
